Whether on the athletic field, stage, canvas, in the board room, or at home, we must be attuned to our psychological and emotional needs to perform at our best. Who you are as a person always comes before who you are as an athlete, artist, CEO, or parent. Fuel yourself first.

My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I work with you to provide a supportive and safe space, listen to your concerns, and collaborate with you to develop a personal game plan that will help you achieve your goals.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. These moods can lead to "paralysis by analysis" during critical times when we need to perform under stress. Through counseling and coaching, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that will lead you towards your goals.

Sport & Performance

Being able to perform at your best is crucial to personal and professional success as well as overall happiness and self-esteem. One thing that separates successful individuals from the rest is how to work through performance barriers, set backs, and injury. I provide individual mental skills training sessions for athletes, professionals, and individuals who are seeking to perform at their best and achieve their personal and professional goals. Finding "the zone" is a complex process and is different for every athlete and professional I work with. I take an integrated approach to helping you build the mental skills to find your zone and achieve your goals.

Online Servies

Coaching and counseling can be beneficial to anyone looking to strengthen their motivation, resilience, emotional awareness, and focus. Online sessions are held from the convenience and comfort of your own home.

 
  • Coaching tends to be a more direct, solution-focused approach. We might spend some time exploring how the problem originated or what keeps the problem going, but we ultimately focus our energy on creative and effective solutions in the here and now.

    Coaching also does not require a psychological diagnosis and is not billable through insurance.

  • Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone, but video is preferable. Sessions are usually 50 minutes and are billed to you after each meeting.

  • Coaching sessions are self-pay and not reimbursable by insurance. Invoices are sent after each session. Forms of payment accepted include check and credit card.

  • Making the decision to seek help can be intimidating, but help is only an email or phone call away! Your call is very important to me, so if I am unable to take your call, please leave a message and I will return it within 24-48 hours. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. I do not maintain 24-hour access to my phone or email.

    Intake Paperwork:

    Once we have scheduled an intake session, I will send you a link to log into the client portal and complete the required intake forms before the appointment. Completing the forms prior to your appointment helps us maximize the entire session time to discuss the reason for your referral.
